ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street Widening Phase 1118 — Washington Avenue to 17`" Street <br />The proposed Project lane configuration is shown on Figure 5 (Proposed Project Lane Geometries), <br />whereas the lane configurations from the original approved 1990 FEIS /EIR are shown on Figures 6A and <br />6B (1990 FEIS /EIR Proposed Lane Geometries). The proposed block wall, as described above, is also <br />illustrated on Figure 5. <br />Since approval of the 1990 FEIS /EIR, the City of Santa Ana implemented several zone changes to Project <br />area parcels through approval of the Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan. Also during this time, Parcel <br />405- 252 -20 was identified as four commercial full takes; however, it is now identified as one commercial <br />full take. <br />An assessment of construction and Project related GHG emissions was also not addressed in the 1990 <br />FEIS /EIR, and as a result is addressed in this Addendum. <br />1.4.5 Construction Timeframe <br />Construction activities associated with the proposed Project would occur following acquisition of the <br />required parcels. Construction of the proposed Project is anticipated to begin in early 2015 and be <br />completed within approximately one year (early 2016). <br />1.5 Discretionary Actions <br />This Addendum must be adopted by the City of Santa Ana City Council as to its adequacy in complying <br />with the requirements of CEQA and the previously approved 1990 FEIS /EIR. The City Council will <br />consider the information contained in the Addendum and the 1990 FEIS /EIR in making a decision to <br />approve or deny the proposed Project.
