ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street Widening Phase HIS — Washington Avenue to 17th Street <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />3.2 Agricultural Resources <br />The previously approved 1990 FEIS/EIR did not include evaluation for agricultural resources, as no <br />agricultural resources are located within the area of analysis. <br />a.) Convert Prime Farmland, Unique Farmland, or Farmland of Statewide Importance (Farmland), <br />as shown on the maps prepared pursuant to the Farmland Mapping and Monitoring Program of <br />the California Resources Agency, to non- agricultural use? <br />The Project site is located within a highly urbanized area of the City of Santa Ana. No Prime, Unique, or <br />Farmland of Statewide Importance is located in the vicinity of the Project site. No impacts would result <br />from the proposed Project. The proposed Project would not result in greater impacts than previously <br />analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />b.) Conflict with existing zoning for agricultural use, or a Williamson Act contract? <br />The Project site is located within a highly urbanized area in the City of Santa Ana. Lands within the <br />Project area are designated General Commercial as identified in the City of Santa Ana's General Plan. <br />The zoning designation of properties within the Project area is Specific Plan (SPI) which allows for a <br />variety of land uses such as commercial, office, residential and open space as provided in the approved <br />Specific Plan document. No agricultural uses exist on site or in the vicinity, and the Project would not <br />conflict with a Williamson Act contract as none exist in the Project area. The proposed Project would not <br />result in greater impacts than previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />c.) Conflict with existing zoning for, or cause rezoning, of forest land (as defined in Public <br />Resources Code section 12220(g)), timberland (as defined by Public Resources Code section <br />4526), or timberland zoned Timberland Production (as defined by Government Code section <br />51104(g))? <br />The Project site is located within a highly urbanized area in the City of Santa Ana.
