AGMT NO. 2014-097 - POLICE FACILITY FIRE SYSTEM <br />MAINTENANCE AND CITY-WIDE HVAC SYSTEM REPAIRS — Police <br />Department <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc. to provide Police <br />facility fire system maintenance and City-wide HVAC system repairs <br />for a one-year period in an amount not to exceed $62,610 subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />25C. AGMT NO. 2014-098 - HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS <br />WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAM — Community Development Agency <br />Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission approved <br />recommended action at its regular meeting on April 2, 2014, by a vote of <br />6-0. <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an amendment to the agreement with the County of Orange <br />Health Care Agency in an amount of $50,000 for a total amount of <br />$877,051 to provide services to HIV/AIDS-affected individuals in the <br />County of Orange. <br />25D.
