Councilmember Martinez, request staff allow non -profits to compete for <br />funds on subsequent allocations; review process; open space has been <br />requested by community. <br />Councilmember Reyna, asked when review process begins; staff indicated <br />that outreach process starts in August or September and 15% of funds <br />could be used for non -profits (approximately $800,000). <br />MOTION: <br />1. Approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Community <br />Development Block Grant Program. <br />2.
