description of the item of Equipment, (b) manufacturer's model and serial number, (c) Federal Stock number, national stock number, or other identification number; (d) the source of acquisition of the Equipment, including the award number, (e) date of acquisition; (f) the per unit acquisition cost of the Equipment, (g) records showing maintenance procedures to keep the Equipment in good running order, and (h) location and condition of Equipment. Records must be retained pursuant to 44 C.F.R. Part 13.42, and Office of G &T. All equipment obtained under this Agreement shall have an ASAUA identification decal affixed to it, and, when practical, shall be affixed where it is readily visible. 9. A physical inventory of the Equipment shall be taken and the results reconciled with the Equipment records at least once every year. Inventory shall also be taken prior to any UASI, State or Federal monitor visits. 10. SUB - RECIPIENT shall exercise due care to preserve and safeguard equipment acquired with grant funds from damage or destruction and shall provide regular maintenance and such repairs for said equipment as necessary, in order to keep said equipment continually in good working order. Such maintenance and servicing shall be the sole responsibility of SUB - RECIPIENT, who shall assume full responsibility for maintenance and repair of the equipment throughout the life of said equipment. D. Any training paid pursuant to this Agreement shall conform to the guidelines as listed in FY 2013 Homeland Security Grant Program, as set forth above. All training expenses must be pre- authorized by Cal -OES at http : / /www.firstrespondertraining .gov /admin. Any exercise paid pursuant to this Agreement shall conform to the guidelines as listed in FY 2013 Homeland Security Grant Program, as set forth above.
