In response to the <br />City's request, we have assembled a team capable of providing all of the <br />services required for on -call environmental consulting services. Our <br />presence in Santa Ana since 1973 has demonstrated our commitment to the <br />City and its continued prosperity. <br />URS is one of the largest environmental planning and engineering firms in <br />the world with more than 29,000 employees in 300 offices worldwide. In <br />southern California, URS is able to meet the needs of the City from our <br />network of local offices, including locations in Santa Ana, Riverside, <br />Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara. Among <br />those offices, we employ more than 600 professionals. The table below <br />summarizes, by discipline, the local personnel available to support this <br />contract if needed. <br />A.2 PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM <br />The City is an important client to URS and we are conumtted <br />to completing all projects on time and within budget. URS <br />makes the commitment that our team will be responsive and <br />available for the project duration. Additional support staff can <br />easily be made available, as needed, to support activities on <br />this contract. Beyond these numbers, an additional 1,200 <br />personnel are available in the Western Region. We understand that open communications and familiarity with City, state, and <br />federal procedures and standards are important to complete assignments in a timely manner. Though our Santa Ana office has <br />a very large planning group, we have selected a core group of individuals to perform work under this contract. <br />The project organization chart, shown on the following page, highlights our key personnel and their primary function for this <br />contract. Our team was designed with clear lines of authority and open communication to promote teamwork among all team <br />members and to maximize responsiveness. <br />0 <br />
