RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES <br />The proposed URS team has jointly completed hundreds of technical studies and environmental documents for municipalities <br />throughout southern California. In total, our knowledge of the CEQA and NEPA standards and procedures has allowed us to <br />prepare over 3,500 CEQA and NEPA compliance documents for public agencies. <br />Our team will draw on our past experience to deliver high quality products to the City. On all of our projects, we place an <br />emphasis on minimizing impacts to the natural surroundings, nearby developments, local residents and businesses. All the <br />projects and associated tasks that have been completed and that are described in this section were delivered on schedule and <br />within budget. <br />URS has successfully completed many projects within the City of Santa Ana and for the City over the past 14 years. From a <br />planning perspective, we have worked throughout Orange County and many of the surrounding counties.
