Cars are sometimes required to
25.1-40.0
.81-.90
100-199
wait more than 60 seconds during short peaks.
There are no long-standing traffic queues. URS will also submit 3 hard copies of these documents to the City for review.
?. Prepare Mitigation Monitoring Plan
URS shall prepare a Mitigation Monitoring Plan (MMP) for the propose project to include all
accepted project mitigation measures, indicate the project time period to which the measure
applies, the responsible party to implement the measure and the method of monitoring. One
electronic copy of the MMP will be sent to the City for review before it is finalized by URS.
URS assumes that the MMP will be included as part of the Draft IS/Focused EIR that is sent
out for public review. Another option is to include the MMP as part of the Final Focused EIR
that is certified by City.
4. Finalize and Circulate Initial Study and Notice of Preparation/Proposed EIR
This particular task has been divided into the following sub -tasks to meet anticipated noticing
and reporting requirements.
a. Finalize and Circulate Initial Study / Notice of Preparation
Following the City's review and comment on the Administrative Draft IS, URS will revise
and incorporate comments as appropriate. Upon finalizing the IS per the City's comments,
URS will prepare a Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the City's review — it is anticipated that
an Administrative Draft NOP will be submitted to the City with the revised (Final) IS for
review. Once finalized, the NOP and IS will be submitted to the State Clearinghouse Office of
Planning and Research and other interested parties that have specifically requested a copy of
