AGMT NO. 2014 -105 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Bell Building Maintenance <br />Company for park restroom custodial services in Districts 1, 2, 3, and <br />4 in the amount of $125,796, which includes a 10% contingency, for <br />one -year with two one -year options under the same terms and <br />conditions, exercisable by the City Manager, beginning June 1, 2014, <br />renewing June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2016, subject to non - substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />2. AGMT NO. 2014 -106 Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with ABM for park building <br />custodial services in Districts A, 1, 2, and 3 in the amount of <br />$138,336, which includes a 10% contingency, for a one -year term <br />with two one -year options under the same terms and conditions, <br />exercisable by the City Manager, beginning June 1, 2014, renewing <br />June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2016, subject to non - substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />25B. AGMT NO. 2014 -107 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with Dr. Scott <br />Weldy, dba Serrano Animal & Bird Hospital, for veterinary services at <br />the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, increasing total compensation <br />from $75,000 to $84,500, subject to non - substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2.
