Raitraaei Engineering Services Deliverables (Remaining for 2014) • Final NOE document with Exhibits Assumptions 1. Total meeting, coordination and participation hours are per the fee breakdown. 2. The City will provide documentation, including As -Built Drawings and any other pertinent information. 3. Any Survey, design work or other services not detailed above will not be provided under this task. Other services not defined herein may be provided under a separate task based upon the terms of the Contract and as requested bythe City. Services that may be provided under a separate task may include Quiet Zone status updates, assistance with traffic signals or grade crossings, railroad coordination, future quiet zone implementation or other work to be defined under a separate scope. 4. Where possible, all documentation and submittals will be provided electronically. 5. RailPros personnel will be assigned based on the requirements of the tasks requested by the City. Tasks are assigned by the City on an as- needed basis. III[EI IN Services The City specifically requested that we review 9 Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) grade crossings in the City. These crossings were previously audited by UPRR's consultant, CTC, and some of their proposed improvements were undertaken by the City. Crossings to be reviewed: • Fairview Street & Alton Avenue • Greenville & Alton Avenue • Raitt Street & Alton Avenue • Bear Street & Alton Avenue • Bristol Street & Alton Avenue • Flower Street& Bike Trail • Dyer Road & Bike Trail • Main Street & Goetz Ave • Dyer Road & Flower Street RailPros will provide the following services: • Review the City's response and actions to the CTC reports. • Review the grade crossing operations during peak conditions • Prepare our findings and recommendations • Meet with the City to discuss our findings and recommendations WM r 7"r i
