MOTION: Amend the contract with Commercial Aquatic Services Inc. to <br />increase the aggregate limit by $21,600 for the replacement of the pool <br />heater at Salgado Park Pool along with other Aquatic Center repairs; <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />25A. CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT CITY PARK RESTROOMS AND PARK <br />BUILDINGS - Parks, Recreation & Community Services Agency <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2014-105 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Bell Building Maintenance <br />Company for park restroom custodial services in Districts 1, 2, 3, and <br />4 in the amount of $125,796, which includes a 10% contingency, for <br />one-year with two one-year options under the same terms and <br />conditions, exercisable by the City Manager, beginning June 1, 2014, <br />renewing June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2016, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />2. AGMT NO. 2014-106 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with ABM for park building <br />custodial services in Districts A, 1, 2, and 3 in the amount of <br />$138,336, which includes a 10% contingency, for a one-year term <br />with two one-year options under the same terms and conditions, <br />exercisable by the City Manager, beginning June 1, 2014, renewing <br />June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2016, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />25B. AGMT NO. 2014-107 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with Dr. Scott <br />Weldy, dba Serrano Animal & Bird Hospital, for veterinary services at <br />the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, increasing total compensation <br />from $75,000 to $84,500, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2.
