� TO <br />U.S. Department of Justice <br />un United States Marshals Service <br />e ° s <br />Prisoner Operations Division <br />Arlington, VA 22301 <br />April 17, 2014 <br />MEMORANDUM TO: Kurt Ellingson <br />Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal <br />Central District of California <br />]FROM: Tiffani Eason <br />Assistant Chief <br />Office of Contracts and Agreements <br />SUBJECT: Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Santa Ana County Jail <br />Enclosed are three originals of the above referenced IGA. Please forward the originals to <br />the local government for review and signature. After the local government representative has <br />signed the IGA, return all originals to the Office of Contracts and Agreements Grants Specialist <br />for signature and final processing. Please be aware that the IGA will not be fully executed until <br />signed by the responsible Grants Specialist. The signed copy of the IGA must be returned to <br />headquarters by May 15, 2014. <br />After final processing, two originals of the executed IGA will be forwarded to the <br />District. Please retain an original for the District and forward an original to the local <br />government. A copy should be sent to the appropriate Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Community <br />Corrections Manager and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regional office, if <br />included in the IGA. Please make sure that the Administrative Officer and Criminal Clerk has a <br />copy of the executed documents so that they are aware of the currentjail day rate and any special <br />terms and conditions (i.e. guard /transportation services, mileage, etc,). <br />If you have questions, please contact Aisha Ogbum, Grants Specialist at (202) 353 -8349. <br />Attachment <br />
