One very important aspect of the Annual Conference is the annual Business <br />Meeting when the membership takes action on conference resolutions. <br />To expedite the conduct of business, every City is being requested to designate a voting <br />representative and two alternates who will be present the City at the Business Meeting. League <br />bylaws provide that each city is entitled to one vote and to determine a city position in matters <br />affecting municipal or League policy matters. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Maria D.
