<br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal to provide On-Call Design Services for Water and
<br />Sewer Main Improvements. We value the relationship we have built with the City of Santa Ana (City)
<br />through past and currently on -going projects, We desire once again to provide you the same consistent,
<br />diligent and faithf it service. We are connnitted to providing the City with the same high quality service that
<br />you expect and deserve. Our project team is the "rlght "team to provide these On -Call Engineering Design
<br />Services for the following distinct reasots:
<br />Extensive City Design Experience — Members of the Project Teams have designed . lard completed
<br />munerous successful pipelines, pump stations, lift stations, flow control facilities, and reservoirs for the
<br />City. Our Project Manager, Mr. Tom Epperson, has been worldog with the City since 1983. Our Project
<br />Team knows the City's design requirements and standards, preferred materials, and operational
<br />preferences which will allow us to deliver a complete design in the most cost - effective manner.
<br />• .Extensive Design Experience — Members of our team bring a wide breadth of design knowledge. Within
<br />the last 10 years members of our team have been involved in the design of over 100 ,,ties of pipeline, 10
<br />• reservoirs, 20 ptunp stations, 12 flow control facilities, and 8 lift station projects.
<br />Xn -house Process, Stractural, Electrical and Control Capabilities — We have our owl' in-house process,
<br />structural, and electrical and control engineers.
<br />• Ability to Yfeet Accelerated,5'chedrrles —Our large talent pool as well as extensive experience allows us to
<br />meet accelerated schedules.
<br />• Dedication to the City — We believe that our past 15 year relationship with the City shows our
<br />commitment to providing the City will, high quality service. We have committed Mr. Tom Epperson,
<br />P.E. to this contract. Tetra Tech understands tic privilege it is to be part of an on -call contract and will
<br />submit thnely proposals on all requests received as part of this contract,
