Bosch in an amount of $90,000 annually, for a total not <br />to exceed $180,000 over a two-year term, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25C. AGMT - ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WATER AND SEWER <br />PROJECTS - Public Works Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute agreements with Tetratech, Inc., and RBF Consulting, subject to <br />nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for a one- <br />year period expiring June 30, 2015, with provisions for two, one-year renewal options <br />exercisable in writing by the City Manager and City Attorney, in an amount not to <br />exceed $400,000 annually, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $1,200,000. <br /> <br /> <br />25D.
