Policies Acts, applicable eminent domain law, state -approved appraisal requirements, and in <br />some cases Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. <br />I. Provide one draft appraisal report to the review appraiser, if required. Upon approval of the <br />draft report, provide one original of the final appraisal report, which may consist of more than <br />one volume, and one electronic copy to the City. <br />All of the above activities in the Approach to Scope of Work will be performed by Sharon A. <br />Hennessey, Barbara L. Zachry, Susan D. Taylor, or Joseph S. Montano. Subcontractors will be <br />utilized as necessary. <br />3. Schedule for Completing Tasks <br />The schedule for completing tasks will be determined by the requirements of the City of Santa <br />Ana. In general, appraisal assignments will be completed in four to eight weeks, depending upon <br />the complexity of the assignment. <br />4. Methods to Ensure Quality Control <br />Hennessey & Hennessey shall have a Quality Control Plan in effect during the entire time work is <br />being performed under the Agreement. The Quality Control Plan shall establish a process <br />whereby work products are independently checked, corrected, and back checked. All project - <br />related correspondence and documents should be maintained and bound in appropriate project <br />files. Additionally, all electronic files shall conform with the City's file -naming system. <br />Sharon A. Hennessey has full management, scheduling, and financial responsibility for the <br />contract work. The project team will meet weekly to review the progress towards completion of <br />their assigned tasks and the quality of the work product, and to coordinate the team's efforts. Ms. <br />Hennessey will monitor the team members' work in progress, time sheets, and invoices on a <br />weekly basis to ensure that the final work product will meet the firm's quality standards and be <br />completed in a timely manner and within budget parameters. <br />5. Special Issues or Problems <br />If any special issues or problems arise during the assignment, Ms. Hennessey will contact the <br />City of Santa Ana to discuss the best way to proceed. <br />6.
