Relevant Project Experience <br />(a- <br />Our efforts generated a proactive return on the City's pavement CIP capital in that a practical, <br />common -sense management plan was accepted and put in place. This plan included alternative <br />pavement maintenance materials (i.e. Cape Seal) and logistical residential zone maintenance. <br />Additionally, our staff linked the MicroPAVER database to the City's "CityWorks" GIS system <br />using ArcView 10.1. <br />Bucknam also presented the PMP to upper management within Vista and the report was well - <br />received; the City has asked Bucknam to continue providing PMP services through 2013/14 and <br />beyond. <br />Citywide Pavement Management Program Update <br />City of National City (2011 -2013) <br />Ms. Barby Tipton, Project Officer— (619) 336 -4583 <br />1243 National City Boulevard, National City, CA 91950 (btioton @nationalcitvca.eov) <br />Bucknam was selected by the City of National City to perform a citywide conversion of their <br />previous pavement software to MicroPAVER as well as perform 107 miles of pavement survey. <br />Our staff developed a citywide capital improvement plan that proactively developed TransNet <br />compliant reporting that will garner the greatest return -on- investment for the City. All <br />MicroPAVER data was be linked to the City's GIS system through the ESRI software. <br />Residential maintenance zone management is now the focus of the program where our project <br />team is performing survey, coring and the reorganization of the City's slurry/cape seal zones to <br />create a more attainable, proactive residential maintenance program.
