A- 2014 -066 <br />OtKAY FRED <br />CLERK CF v. <br />DATE• MA <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT <br />AGREEMENT INCORPORATING COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT REQUIREMENTS <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on the 0 day of <br />March 2014, by and between MDG Associates, Inc., a California corporation ( "Consultant') and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ( "City "). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into that certain Consultant Agreement Incorporating Community <br />Development Block Grant Requirements, dated November 26, 2013 (Agreement # N -2013- <br />152, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement') by which Consultant has provided technical <br />consulting services for federal grant programs. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to add <br />compensation to ensure sufficient funds are available through the end of the term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $25,000 for <br />total compensation not to exceed $50,000 during the term of said Agreement. <br />2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />o� � <br />441I.—Clerk D.
