City of Santa Ana -Park View at Town and Country Manor <br />Draft EIR <br />Noise <br />On the basis of their proximity to the project site, existing residential land uses within Town and <br />Country Manor and surrounding the project site are the sensitive receptors of most concern as they <br />relate to project construction noise.
