The primary use for natural gas in the project would be for <br />combustion to produce space heating, water heating, swimming pool heating, and air conditioning. <br />Table 4.7 -5 estimates the annual natural gas consumption expected by the proposed project. <br />Table 4.7.5: Estimated Natural Gas Consumption <br />As shown, the project would generate demand for approximately 0.74 million cubic feet of natural gas <br />annually. Park View residents will have the <br />option of buying dinners in the main dining room of the Town and Country Manor campus, but it is anticipated by the <br />Applicant that this occurrence will be very intermittent.
