Further, the Planning <br />Commission must determine that the proposed project is in conformity with the Specific <br />Development standards. For example, the plan allows multi - family dwellings and retail uses by <br />right. In addition the project complies with all development standards, including height, parking, <br />setbacks, open space and permitted frontage types. The project also complies with the selected <br />Courtyard Housing Building Type and is consistent with the guidelines for California Contemporary <br />architecture as found in the plan.
