Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the City of Santa Ana in an amount of <br />not to exceed $1,531,466 for a one -year term to administer the Housing Opportunities <br />for Persons with AIDS Program, subject to non- substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a cooperative <br />agreement with the County of Orange Health Care Agency in an amount of $890,372 for <br />a one -year term to provide supportive housing services to HIV /AIDS - affected individuals <br />in the County of Orange, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY ACTION <br />Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a cooperative <br />agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana in the amount of $600,000 for a one -year term for the implementation of the <br />Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Tenant -Based Rental Assistance Program, <br />subject to non - substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority <br />General Counsel. <br />80A -1 <br />
