RESOLUTION 2014 4#9 <br />REVENUE <br />Per Hour $83.47 <br />ACCOUNT <br />DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br />$85.31 <br />SECTION IX <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to <br />May 18, 1009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009 -018 <br />FEESCHEDULE <br />51606 <br />I) Grading Permit: <br />a. One and Two S.F.D. <br />b. Multiple Residential including, Residential tracts, <br />Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br />Similar Construction <br />e. Non - Residential Site Less Than 2 Acres <br />d. Non - Residential Site 2 Acres and More <br />e. Preliminary Grading Permit, Underground Tank <br />Removal and Excavation for Soil Contamination <br />f. Existing Parking Lot Resurfacing and Repainting <br />51606 <br />2) In addition to the above noted permit fees, <br />a fee shall be collected for new site improvements, <br />new parking lots, new concrete curb and gutter, and <br />asphalt paving <br />51606 <br />3) Inspections outside of normal business hours <br />(4 hour minimum charge for Holidays, Saturday <br />or Sunday inspections) <br />51606 <br />4) Re- inspection fee assessed under applicable <br />provisions of the Building Code <br />51606 <br />5) Inspections for which no fee is specifically <br />indicated (minimum charge -one (1) hour) <br />SOLAR ENERGY CODE <br />51611 <br />Any person desiring a permit required by the Solar Energy - <br />Code shall, at the time of filing, pay an application, fee of <br />$40.79. f here is no minimum fee for the issuance of a <br />permit for single family residences and duplexes.
