Scope of Services: This Contract, including any Attachments and Exhibits, specifies the <br />contractual tares and conditions by which the Contractor shall provide a Public Mass <br />Notification System, as described..in Attachment A - Scope of Work (and all other documents <br />referenced in Attachment A), under a fixett price contract based upon payments, as set forth <br />horeur. For services rendered during the County fiscal year for which appropriation s were <br />made, and which meet the specifeations detailed in the Scope or Work. and aredeemed <br />necopbrble by the County, amounts will be invoiced or office wixe due and payahle at the time of <br />termination. <br />4. T'r•ojcct Hannger: The County and the Contra for shall each appoint a. Project Manager to act <br />as liaison betweon each Party during the term of this Contract. The County's Project Manager <br />shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. <br />The County's Project Manager shall lutve the right to require the removal and replacement of <br />the Contractor's Project Manager and key personnel. Thai Comity's Project Manager shall <br />notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shalt accomplish the removal <br />within 14 calendm days after written notice by the County's Project Manager.
