Exhibit A <br />Delivery Time: Orders placed as Hot Shot" will be price quoted at the time of ordering and delivered <br />within one (1) hour or sooner. Vendor -owned (consignment) Inventory parts ordered will be delivered <br />within a 24 -hour period. All deliveries are to be to the City Corporate Yard, 215 S. Center St., Santa Ana, <br />CA. <br />As the City's fleet is perpetually changing, the City maintains the option to add or remove vendor -owned <br />(consignment) inventory parts for the duration of the contract period.
