Agreement Amendment for Parking Enforcement Services <br />June 17, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />For the past two years, Central Parking Systems has provided excellent service and has demonstrated <br />the organizational credentials, resources and staff experience necessary to meet the City's high customer <br />service expectations.
