HDR <br />provided preliminary engineering design services to complete an environmental document <br />20 years total <br />for 4 proposed design alternatives to increase freeway capacity and improve traffic <br />operations on SR -55. <br />Los Angeles Metro, ARTI, Los Angeles County, CA. Right of Way Specialist. ARTI is public- <br />private partnership (P3 program) and composed of six elements or sub -projects, each an <br />integral part of a plan to improve the movement of goods along the 1-5 corridor and to <br />accelerate other transportation improvements in the County of Los Angeles. <br />Los Angeles Metro, 1-710 North Utility Study, Los Angeles County, CA. Right of Way <br />Specialist. HDR is providing professional services to LA Metro to complete a supplemental <br />utility study and prepare structures advanced planning studies for a proposed four lane <br />freight corridor viaduct that stretches from north of the Los Angeles River to the SR -60 <br />freeway. <br />City of San Juan Capistrano, Ortega Highway (SR -74) Widening Project, San Juan <br />Capistrano, CA. Preparation of right of way estimate and assisting City of San Juan <br />Capistrano with the grant application submittal to Orange County Transportation Authority. <br />Non -HDR Project Experience <br />City of Riverside, Iowa, Streeter and Riverside Avenue Grade Separation Projects, <br />Riverside, CA. Project Manager. Arterial street overpass bridge and underpasses projects for <br />the separation of the existing at -grade crossings. Approved Right of Way Certifications were <br />received from Caltrans District 8. <br />Caltrans, SR -62 Highway Widening Project, San Bernardino County, CA. Right of Way <br />Agent. Highway infrastructure improvement project. <br />Caltrans, Hesperia Main Street Interchange Project, San Bernardino County, CA. Right of <br />Way Agent.
