The project included hazardous <br />materials evaluation of over 425 specific sites. The Phase I was completed under an <br />10 Years <br />expedited timeframe, and was used as a valuation tool in the rail line transaction. The Phase <br />Industry Tenure <br />II specifically evaluated contamination at sites slated for use as passenger stations or <br />maintenance facilities, as well as previously unknown historic contamination areas. Of <br />27 Years <br />specific concern were two maintenance yards with operations dating back to the 1890s. <br />12 <br />
