Install streetlight conduit, pullboxes and foundations, and install City provided streetlight <br />service pedestal with foundation, poles and luminaires per streetlight plan BA01 dated <br />1/9/2015. (PCO #06) <br />AGREED PRICE $50,025.90 <br />2. Construct 24" RCP and cast -in-place reinforced concrete box on storm drain lateral "C per <br />revised detail dated 12/16/14. (PCO #011) <br />AGREED PRICE $53,560.00 <br />3. Provide and install new United Storm Water (USW) automatic retractable screens (ARS) and <br />connector pipe screens (CPS) at the three catch basins in lieu of the Contech Triton Inserts <br />shown on plan. (PCO #02) <br />AGREED PRICE $9,357.23 <br />EXTRA WORK AT TIME & MATERIAL <br />4.
