Therefore, the lowest responsible <br />bidder will be selected based on the lowest of either method of slurry seal. Bidders may bid on either <br />method or both methods. <br />* The quantity for this bid item is shown for bid comparison only. This bid item shall not be subject to <br />the "25 %" limit as stated in Section 3 -2 of the Standard Specifications.
