The parties entered into Agreement #A-2011-024 dated January 18, 2011 (hereinafter "said Agreement") by <br />which Consultant has provided engineering services for the Santa Ana Boulevard Grade Separation Project, <br />R By Amendment dated October 19, 2012, the parties extended the term of said agreement. <br />C, In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the terra of said <br />Agreement in order to provide for Consultant's interrupted service on the Project. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and. <br />conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree <br />as follows: <br />1. Section 6.a. PERFORMANCE PHRIOD, shall be amended to extend the performance period through <br />December 31, 2014. <br />2, Except as hereinabove amended, all terns and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to Agreement on the date <br />and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />/-D, _- <br />M� D.
