Portion, FCC Monitoring Station <br />Santa Ana, California 000K9n37 ?Abr697 <br />9 -2 -Calif -598 -B <br />(City of Santa Ana) <br />come the property of the United States upon demand made in writing by <br />the Secretary of the Interior, or his successor in function. In such <br />event the United States shall have the immediate right of entry upon <br />said property, and the Party of the Second Part, its successors and <br />assigns, shall forfeit all right, title, and interest in said property <br />and in any and all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, and shall take such action and execute such <br />documents as may be necessary or required to evidence transfer of <br />title to such property to the United States.
