YMCA Maintenance <br />July 1, 2014 <br />Page 3 <br />Due to the fact that Orange County Contractor Services' agreement with the City expired on <br />June 30, 2014, and also due to the urgency of necessary building repairs, staff recommends that <br />the City Council approve the agreement for services for the exclusive purpose of completing <br />security enhancements and improvements to the YMCA building exterior.
