The CONTRACTOR's abbreviated Application as attached, is incorporated, herein, and is made <br />part of this Agreement. In the event the CONTRACTOR's abbreviated Application is In conflict <br />With any terms or conditions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall supersede the <br />CONTRACTOR's abbreviated Application. <br />C. The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the PROJECT to provide transportation services primarily <br />to elderly persons and persons with disabilities, including their incidental baggage, and to persons <br />accompanying the elderly persons or persons with disabilities in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement and the CONTRACTOR's abbreviated Application for Federal <br />assistance which is on file with the Mass Transportation Program and is now expressly <br />incorporated into this Agreement. <br />D. The CONTRACTOR shall use the PROJECT equipment at all times exclusively and in conformity <br />with the project description for as long as the equipment is needed for the PROJECT. Vehicles <br />may not be transferred without prior written approval from STATE. . <br />8.
