Schedule A - Laserfiche Software Purchased and Price Schedule <br />1. Laserfiche Software Licenses Purchased <br />The following table identifies the Laserfiche software licenses and first year's Laserfiche <br />Software Assurance Plan (LEAP) and VIP Professional. Services Pack being purchased under the <br />terms of this agreement. This schedule includes the software components for upgrading <br />Licensee's existing Clerk (which includes Clerk, Finance, Treasury, CDA, and other <br />repositories) and Public Works Agency (PWA) Laserfiche United systems to a single Laserfiche <br />Rio system (referred to as the future "City" Laserfiche system). The upgrade cost includes a <br />trade-in credit of Licensee's past Laserfiche Cleric and PWA United software purchases. <br />The actual amount billed for LSAP shall be pro -rated with a start date of Delivery of Software <br />for an initial term that extends through June 11, 2015. <br />The schedule does not include Laserfiche Rio Software licenses for Licensee's Police <br />Department (PD). PD will continue to run its existing Laserfiche United system.
