Schedule E — Description of Training of Licensee Personnel <br />In order for users and administrators to establish baseline Laserfiche knowledge and skills, <br />Laserfiche has developed online, self -paced Laserfiche Certified Professionals Program (CPP) <br />courses. The successful completion of these courses has contributed to high rates of user <br />adoption and overall project success. Therefore, Laserfiche has provided recommendations for <br />courses by role of project participant. The cost for each CPP course, per user, is $100.00 with the <br />exception of ECM 101 which is offered at no charge. A valid Laserfiche Support Site account is <br />required to register for CPP courses.
