"Attending Physician" shall have the same definition as given such term <br />in California Health and Safety Code Section 11362.7, as may be amended, and <br />which defines "Attending Physician" as an individual who possesses a license in <br />good standing to practice medicine or osteopathy issued by the Medical Board of <br />California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California and who has taken <br />responsibility for an aspect of the medical care, treatment, diagnosis, counseling, <br />or referral of a patient and who has conducted a medical examination of that <br />patient before recording in the patient's medical record the physician's <br />assessment of whether the patient has a serious medical condition and whether <br />the medical use of marijuana is appropriate. <br />B. "Chief of Police" as used in this Chapter is defined to mean the Chief of <br />the Police Department or her /his designee. <br />C. "Concentrated Cannabis" shall have the same definition as given such <br />11 term in California Health and Safety Code Section 11006.5, as may be amended, <br />and which defines "Concentrated Cannabis" as the separated resin, whether <br />crude or purified, obtained from marijuana. <br />D. "Business Licensing division" as used in this Chapter is defined to mean <br />11 the department within the City that reviews, issues and manages business <br />licenses. <br />3 <br />N202014-Rt .vao <br />
