Evaluation and notification shall occur as <br />provided above until such time as the application is found to be complete or in <br />the alternative null and void. <br />5. Once the application is found to be complete, the applicant shall be <br />notified within ten (10) business days, except where circumstances beyond the <br />control of the City justifiably delay such response. <br />6. All notices required by this Chapter shall be deemed issued upon the <br />date they are either deposited in the United States mail or the date upon which <br />personal service of such notice is provided. <br />C. No later than ten (10) days following determination that a Business <br />License application, Supplemental Business License Information form, and the <br />required acknowledgments are complete, the Business Licensing division shall <br />review the application and ensure the applicant and location meet all of the <br />provisions set forth in Section —.—.050 of this Chapter. The Business <br />License division shall, in a written report, identify each subpart of Section <br />—.—.050 and report if the applicant meets the requirements or complies with <br />the restrictions of that subpart. <br />1. When a completed application and corresponding Supplemental <br />Business License Application form for a Collective meets all of the requirements <br />and restrictions set forth in Section —.—.050 of this Chapter, the City shall <br />issue to the applicant a City Business License that shall be valid for twelve (12) <br />months. <br />2. Should a Business License be denied under this subpart, the reasons <br />for denial specifically setting forth the subparts of Section _— 050 of this <br />Chapter the applicant has failed to comply with and /or meet the restriction <br />11 <br />04202014- REV.V30 <br />
