The City may also pursue any and all remedies <br />and actions available and applicable under local and state law for any violations <br />committed by the Medical Marijuana Collective, it's Management Members, <br />members or any person related or associated with the Medical Marijuana <br />Collective. <br />E. Any violation of the terms and conditions of this Chapter, State Law, or <br />of applicable local or state regulations and laws shall be grounds for Business <br />License revocation. <br />F. In addition to the remedies set forth herein, the City may, at its sole <br />discretion, issue administrative citations pursuant to the provisions of this Code <br />and any other applicable state law for any violation of this Chapter. <br />G. Any complaints received by the City about any Medical Marijuana <br />Collective or activities related thereto shall be memorialized in writing by the City <br />in a form that shall be retained by the Office of the City Attorney for no less than <br />five (5) years that shall include the location of the Medical Marijuana Collective <br />that is the subject of the complaint, the date and time of the incident resulting in <br />the complaint, the name, address, and phone number of the person or entity <br />making the complaint, the date of the complaint, the specific complaint made, <br />actions taken in response to the complaint and the City official or employee <br />recording the complaint. The Office of the City Attorney may investigate <br />complaints made or may deem complaints invalid at its sole discretion following <br />review thereof. On or before January 30 of each year, the Office of the City <br />Attorney shall prepare a summary of the number of complaints received for each <br />Medical Marijuana Collective for the prior calendar year. Complaints deemed <br />invalid by the City Prosecutor shall not be included in the annual summary. No <br />City official or employee shall make public statements or claims while acting in <br />his or her official capacity that suggest crime is caused by Medical Marijuana <br />26 <br />OG202014REVN30 <br />
