The determination of <br />the City Council on the appeal shall be final. <br />D. Whenever a Business License has been revoked or suspended under <br />this Chapter, no other such permit application shall be considered for a period of <br />one (1) year from either the date notice of the revocation or suspension was <br />mailed, or the date of the final decision of the City Council, whichever is later. <br />120 Operative date. <br />This ordinance will become effective ninety (90) days following its passage <br />and adoption. The Business License Division will accept completed Business <br />License applications and the required supplemental documents set forth herein <br />thirty (30) days before the effective date of this Chapter. <br />130 Severability. <br />If any provision of this Chapter, or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstance, is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect any other provision or <br />application of this Chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application; and to this end, the provisions or applications of this Chapter are <br />severable. <br />140 Review of Regulations. <br />On or before the first anniversary of the effective date of this Chapter, the <br />City Council shall review the effectiveness of these regulations, and shall enact <br />modifications, if necessary. <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance <br />by the City Council and cause it to be posted in three conspicuous places in the <br />28 <br />04202014- REV.V30 <br />
