INS" --M*A -I' GEE'DEkDf UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES CLERK 111hAll� DATE: 0 ,?WC (.?-) N- 2013 - 113 -001 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2014, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ( "City ") and Are Mid - Cities — Orange County, a California not for profit corporation ( "Contractor "), collectively referred to herein as "the Parties ". RECITALS A. The Patties entered into Agreement N- 2013 -113 dated July 1, 2013, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement ", for providing graffiti removal to the City of Santa Ana. B. The Parties now desire to amend the Tenn of the Agreement in order to provide continuous uninterrupted service under the Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The City hereby amends Section 3, "Term ", to extend the term for an additional one (1) year period, through June 30, 2015. 2. The total sum to be expended shall not exceed $16,200.00 during the tern of this First Amendment, 3. Except as modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
