ELEMENTS OF TRAINING <br />HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Will be trained to support our sales team across the United States and <br />Logistics Operations. <br />240 <br />a. Lean logistics, booking freight companies and cost analyzing to save <br />to most on cost. <br />b. Packaging, transporting, distributing, and the maintenance of the task <br />force equipment cache during mission assignments. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of proficiency <br />within first Month and a half of training, <br />2. Will be trained on QuickBooks. <br />a. Learn how to enter purchase orders accordingly to each customer <br />160 <br />terms and create sales confirmations accurately. <br />b. Learn how to invoice customers according to the terms, promotional <br />discounts. <br />Measurement Method. Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate ofproficiency <br />within subsequent three and a hat 'months. <br />3. Will be trained on products offered. <br />a. Learn the different products offered by our company.
