directed by the City. No adjustment in cost shall be allowed for night work. Notwithstanding, the <br />Contractor shall always use whatever mechanical means are available, including modification or changing <br />of the camera wheels or treads, to insure that the image is recorded in an upright, un- rotated position. The <br />City reserves the tight to reject any video where changes in the orientation of the camera could have been <br />corrected by such modifications or by performing the work during periods of low flow. <br />25. Traffic control for sanitary sewer inspection shall be the responsibility of the contractor and shall <br />conform to the work Area Traffic Control Handbook. (WATCH). Flashing arrow boards shall be used on <br />arterial streets. <br />26. Within two (2) working days after being notified to inspect a particular section of sewer main, the <br />contractor shall begin CCTV inspection, and shall diligently pursue that work to completion. <br />The Contractor shall perform all sewer manhole assessment inspections services per NASSCO standards <br />by the Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP) Level I. Level I (MACP) shall include all <br />information included on Level I (MACP) detailed therein in addition to the, using valid MACP defect <br />codes. <br />27. The contractor shall be an independent contractor capable of providing experienced, knowledgeable <br />and professional staff. The contractor shall be responsive and maintain excellent working relationships <br />with city residents, businesses, government officials and City staff. The contractor shall provide adequate <br />staffing levels at all times and adhere to established schedules. <br />All vehicles and or towed equipment shall carry "City of Santa Ana Authorized Contractor" magnet sign <br />affixed and visible. The contractor shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, <br />ordinances, and statutes, including but not limited to these contract documents. <br />13 <br />25E -15 <br />
