Effective Date. The Installment Purchase Agreement shall become <br />effective as to Installment Payments provided for in a Supplement upon the execution and <br />delivery of such Supplement or as otherwise specified therein, and shall terminate as to such <br />Supplement when the Installment Payments contemplated by such Supplement shall have been <br />fully paid or prepaid (or provision for the payment thereof shall have been made as provided <br />herein). <br />SECTION 10.12. Execution in Counterparts.
