According to the new Density Bonus <br />Application recently submitted to Planning, Samuel Pham and Sam Construction & Builder Corp. are the new property <br />owner and authorized agent for the density bonus project. They have represented that they will be building the same <br />project that was previously proposed by and approved for Integrity Builders.
