The City Attorney shall prepare an impartial analysis of the <br />ordinance, not to exceed 500 words in length, showing the effect of the ordinance on <br />the existing law and the operation of the ordinance, and transmit such impartial analysis <br />to the Clerk of the Council within ten (10) days following the adoption of this Resolution. <br />Section 7. Certification.
