HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• Robin Cook, would like to know what, if any, liability medical marijuana <br />establishments have on the City; suggest hold harmless provision be included in <br />permit process from such businesses. <br />COUNCIL RECESSED to Room 147 for Closed Session discussion at 5:13 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss <br />certain matters without members of the public present.
