MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an amendment agreement with PCC Network Solutions, a <br />Pacific Coast Cabling, Inc. Company, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, with <br />provisions for three one-year renewal options exercisable by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney, in an increased amount not to <br />exceed $100,000 per term for a total aggregate amount not to exceed <br />$600,000. <br />25D. TELEPHONE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE - Finance & Management <br />Services <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2014-162 - Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of <br />the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with NEC <br />Corporation of America, Inc. to exercise an option for the first <br />one-year extension to the existing agreement for an amount not <br />to exceed $190,000 per year to provide maintenance services and <br />related equipment for the City's telecommunications systems. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute a future second amendment and third amendment, if and <br />when those amendments are submitted, to extend the agreement <br />with NEC Corporation of America, Inc. for a one-year period for <br />an amount not to exceed $190,000 per year to provide <br />maintenance services and related equipment for the City's <br />telecommunications system. <br />25F. VOICEMAIL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE - Finance & Management <br />Services <br />MOTION: <br />1.
