COUNTY will refer all contractors, contractor's representatives, and installation
technicians rendering any service for COUNTY to LESSOR for LESSOR's supervision
and/or approval before performance of any such contractual services. None of such work
will be done by COUNTY without LESSOR's prior written approval, which approval shall
not be unreasonably withheld.
2. No sign(s) of COUNTY will be allowed in any form on the exterior of the building or on
any window(s) inside or outside the building, and no sign(s) except in uniform location and
uniform style fixed by LESSOR will be permitted in the public corridors or on corridor
doors or entrances to the Premises.
3. COUNTY shall not place, install, or operate on the Premises or in any part of the building,
any engine, stove, or machinery, or conduct mechanical operations or cook thereon or
therein, except that the preparation of coffee, tea, hot chocolate or similar items for
tenants and their employees shall be permitted.
4. LESSOR will not be responsible for any lost or stolen personal property, equipment,
money, or jewelry from the Premises, or from public rooms regardless of whether such
loss occurs when the area is locked against entry.
5. No birds or animals shall be brought onto the Premises. Any bicycles or vehicles brought
onto the Premises shall be parked only in areas designed by LESSOR for such purpose,
and shall under no circumstances be brought into the building.
6. No sidewalks, entrances, passages, courts, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, or
halls to any structures on the Premises shall be obstructed or used for any purpose other
than ingress and egress, nor shall any rubbish, litter, trash, or material of any nature be
placed, emptied, or thrown into these areas. The halls, passages, entrances, elevators,
stairways, balconies, and roof of each structure are not for the use of the general public,
and LESSOR shall in all cases retain the right to control or prevent access thereto by all
persons whose presence (in the judgment of LESSOR) shall be prejudicial to the safety,
character, reputation, or interests of the Premises and its tenants. No tenant (or subtenant,
invitee, agent, or employee of any tenant) shall go upon the roof of any structure on the
Premises without the prior written consent of LESSOR.
 IR
