• Observes the closed circuit TV monitoring of the Yard. <br />• Closes the entrance gates on the property, between 5:00 p.m. and 5 :30 p,m, on weekdays. <br />• Opens the gates at 6 a,m, on weekdays, <br />• Maintains a logbook noting the name of every individual who enters and leaves the <br />property and notes the time. <br />• Conducts a continuous observation of the Yard to maintain a secure and safe property, If <br />any concerns arise during the guard shift, instructions are provided with contact numbers <br />to the Santa Ana Police Department, <br />• Under no circumstance is aggressive action required. <br />• The security guard is unarmed and required to call proper channels in the event of an <br />unusual observation. <br />• The Contractor will conduct unannounced supervisory inspections during shifts. <br />The City reserves the option to increase or decrease the number of nightly or daily coverage, the <br />hours of coverage, and the number of days per week requested with seven days written <br />notification, <br />Page 6 of 14 <br />
